Irony

No doubt many readers have viewed the media today and heard via tv and radio about Commissioner Esala Teleni's recent meeting with his Indo-Fijian staff.

We stand by every word said by Teleni. In fact we are rather amazed at the comments made on the RFN site where the toothless tigers growl about racism and harmony. We ask where their sense of reality has gone to? To crow about racism and harmony from a site which has from its very inception been the snake of racism is laughable. By publishing such articles and calling for the sacking of a reputable man, a man who has stated what was blindingly obvious is ridiculous. Teleni will not go and just like the PM, we, the bloggers who have Indians in our group agree whole heatedly that we would have done the same thing had we been in Teleni's shoes. Why are the RFN bloggers so outraged at the statements made by Teleni? Can a man not openly profess his love for Jesus? Or is Jesus such a useless term now that perhaps he is no longer worthy of being loved. Obviously the heathen bloggers at RFN have no care about faith nor do they know about allegiance. They harp on about issues and show their truly hypocritical natures by their articles today.

Jesus was the reason Teleni said what he said. If a man feels that he has been blessed by Jesus, then so be it - it brings him peace of mind and inner comfort. Or perhaps the bloggers have no value for Jesus and consider his works a curse? It would certainly seem to be the case as the bloggers have taken the words of Teleni to a new and twisted level. We standby Teleni's words and we agree that the Indian police officers are a dangerous lot. They are backstabbers and have done this to other Commissioners. They have an inner circle whereby they discuss how to topple their superiors and usurp power. The Indian police should certainly be sacked. These are the same grog-doped cigarette smoking lazy men who stroll around the street trying to get bribes from everyone. We believe the Commissioner should sack all these men and find others to replace him - others who are loyal and do not question the authority in a disciplined force.

In addition to this, the media continue to show their true colors by running to all the anti-govt. idiots and asking them for their comments. In the end, all the people in this country got to hear was how bad a person the Commissioner was. Why not talk to other members of the govt.? Why not go out in public and ask them what their views are? The answer is obvious - it would have spoiled their slanted hypocritical stories. To worsen the situation the media ended up talking to the most racist man in Fiji - Ted Young of the SDL. This was the crowning moment of the media's inefficiency and stupidity.

In the end, whatever the drug-doped lunatics at RFN may say, the bottom line is this: we believe what Teleni said is right. Any police officer who thinks otherwise should get out of the force and we will continue to support the work done by Teleni and his dedicated team. Teleni will remain but all the backstabber will be purged.

Come on your way too intelligent to put up this posting. Teleni is an idiot at best or at worse mentally ill. Policing and Religion do not go together worldwide for a reason. Policing is blind justice. Teleni is the weakest link. GOODBYE TELENI!!!

Frank if you really want to run fiji and succeed. THEN GET RID OF THE CORRUPTION WITHIN YOUR OWN GROUP.

Anonymous said...

IGFIJI 4 FIJI. Totally agree with you. He was never against the Indian Officer's religion and even said clearly that he respected it. He never forced them into the crusade. So what is wrong with saying what he said. It is a boss laying down the rules to his men. Only pufters are the ones crying out. It was a man talking to a group of man. And on Ted young, he was the politician with the most racist comments in parliament. On Dorsami Naidu - please go and pay your fine in court.

Can anyone at RFN,SV, Fiji TV, and Netani Rika tell me what was racist in Teleni's talk. I never herd him say he hated Indians or their religion. He merely told them not to be lamu sona and go to the press and demanded their lotalty. Where is the racism there???

Come on - you know Teleni is a stone around Franks neck and we all know he and a few others are dragging him down so fast that all I can say is

FRANK GET SOME DIVE TANKS FAST!!

Because you are going under maybe never to resurface.

If you support Frank than get to him and make him understand that in life you have to cut off the deadwood before it drags you under so far that you lose perspective of where up actually is.

But don't try to support Teleni he needs to go and you damn well know it.

Teleni is a poor excuse for an invididual with minimal intellect.

To assume you can give a monkey a gun and make him a statesman is an illusion.

Religous tolerance requires you to practise your fath with imposition of it's principles on others.

If he is not a racist, religious bigot, then why is it that only Indians who are converting to Christainity in Fiji the ones getting promotions in the police force.

Make decisions on data and facts, that's the general premise that underpins most of our rational and logical approaches to problem solving.....and that's what we need to do here..

Anonymous said...

Agree with above anon. Let's see the stats (fijian police force) on who has recieved promotions etc and add to data their current religion and their religion on the 5th december 2006. Then let's see what washes out. To compare it with a neutral base also show same data from the command of Andrew Hughes.

Nothing could be fairer.

Teleni do you have the guts to back yourself?????

Probably not!!!

Anyway Frank needs to have somebody next to him who is not afraid of him and is not a yes man. Actually he does but for some reason Parmesh is not getting the message to him that his boat is being pulled down by deadwood like Teleni.

Come on Parmesh you were in at the beginning so help Frank out now. If nothing else tell him the truth about the damage Teleni is doing.

Go Teleni Go. Just take it a step further. Gather together all the boats in Fiji you can find and put all the "kaidias" in them and all their "lovers" and paint on all those boats with capital letters "One way to Haryanna India no come back". Make sure Voreqe Bainimarama and the thief Chodo and all their tribes are in the boat. We need a Fiji Idi Amin DaDa.

Why the heck is this article titled “Irony” ? OK at first I couldn’t see the irony …but then I thought about it:

* It is ironic that a person who is in charge of the police force and is thus supposed to have some good judgement could be so stupid to do what he did. Yep, that would be irony.
* It is ironic that a “Christian” who is supposed to follow the teachings of Jesus (racial tolerance etc) could do what he did. Yep, that would be irony.
* It is ironic that this article itself is entitled ‘Irony’ …starts by saying that what Teleni did wasn’t racism and then makes the sweeping statement “The Indian police should certainly be sacked.” Yep,…that would be irony.

..so it isn’t a bad title after all.

Ok to the dumbie who asked the question “what was racist about what Teleini did” - “Racism” - refers to beliefs and practices that assume inherent and significant differences exist between the genetics of various groups of human beings; and that these groups are singled out and treated differently. Teleni is thus guilty of racism by his treatment of his Indo-Fijian officers. Its not hard to understand just reread this a couple of times.

Aon
I told you. There's no long term thinking. Yes today No tomorrow. Just like a similar irony you picked out. Don't be surprised by such things. At the beginning of the coup, there's a mass favour for expatriating the Indos, now it's a call for human rights and call foul for any sort of rascism. Is it the winds of change or it's just like chasing the wind.Phew!!!!

Anonymous said...

Yep racism is alive and well in fiji. Seems to be the only thing that is prosperous in fiji. Did you take note that Fiji has been put on notice of a downgrade in financial rating from Moodys. This means even less people will invest in fiji as the worlds financial institutions are saying fiji is heading backwards and about to fall over. Hell, what is it going to take to get a reaction from the fijians and get them to stand up and take back their country??

Anonymous said...

Yes I read that bit. This is no worries. Fijians are not into material things. Life goes on. The problems will take care of themselves. The country is theirs. They are not disputing that. I used to wonder about what it would take to get them up and finghting. I've given up. The latest post in RFN speaks of a "dependency mentality". Just cede Fiji over to the USA, Australia, New Zealand. Reminds me of a song by Bob Marley "Don't worry, about a thing. Every little thing is gonna be alright".

Anonymous said...

get hat white bird singing bullshit self pity songs in Australia
.....he had even asked AAustralia to atatck Fiji in Dec 2006...what a selfish man

Anonymous said...

Wouldn't have been a bad idea if they had the way things are going.

Anonymous said...

Yep I believe that Australia and NZ are equally responsible for how Fiji is today. They should have invaded and handed the country back to the democratically elected PM. After they dealt with the RFMF and Bainimarama. And where the bloody hell are they now. Talking sanctions. They both have blood on their hands allowing this. Why are they involved in the USA's problems? When they can not even sort out the Pacific's problems. Come on Rudd and Keys do the right thing and sort this out. But they wont and I guess why should they when the fijian people are not doing anything.

This site is dying. Only posting once a week. Guess the idea of supporting the IG is starting to be a hassle. OK.....close it down and move on......

Anonymous said...

a good pm will never invite invasion to his country...qarase inquired to john howard on the possibilities of sending australian troops to fiji " to intervene to avoid a coup"

That was selfish on the part of qarase...even john howard could not fathom the thought of having australian troops fighting fijian military in the streets of suva.

qarase did not heed warnings coming is way before the coup. he was simply careless there.

He must take his break....go home..u have done enough damage to fiji and its people...moce qarase

You talk shit Anon above. Howard stated to do what LQ requested required planning. LQ's request was last minute. Way too late. You should go to the village and make your self useful in your community.

(Deposed Fijian Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase says he made no request to Australia to intervene with military force to prevent a coup in his country)

Well the above is indeed a lie like the life he leads is nothing but dishonesty he is full of pseudobabble.

(Mr Qarase has told ABC Radio he did not formally ask Prime Minister John Howard to send troops to assist the Fijian Government

"I did not request Australian military intervention. I was making an inquiry because I wanted to know the options available to me under the circumstances," he said)

Well Qarase such are the options you were very willing to jeopardize the very lives you and your cohorts swore an oath to protect yet at the cost their lives you and your ilk’s were prepared no matter the cost to hold on to power.

As such power corrupts the very souls of those who are oblivious to the welfare of their citizenry you sick bastards.

("I can only ask for intervention with the backing of my Cabinet and the National Security Council.

"I did make the inquiry with your Prime Minister on my own initiative as Prime Minister, but there has been some misunderstanding there.")

No Qarase there were no misunderstandings there, infact your contradiction in terms tantamount to treason and for these reasons the military must be seen to be doing their duty in pursuing to the end your demise.

The nation of Fiji has withstood many ills but people like you and your ilk’s must be stopped for your lot are malignant traitors.

Is this the same army that forced boys to suck the cock of a boy that they had beaten up so badly that he was dying when those boys were forced at the point of a gun to suck his cock? Is that the glorious army that you are talking about? The saviours of fiji???

If so, tell the army to go fuck itself AS NOBODY WANTS THE RFMF.

Even the americans and palestines do not do this kind of behaviour. Fiji is one fucked up sick sons of bastards to carry on with this behaviour and what has their esteemed fucked up leader done about it. NOTHING. Shows he thinks it is ok fiji is fucked - drop a bomb on it please.

Hey more than 300 people turned up at Marrickville Townhall in support of Qarase last Saturday night giving him more than $10,000 for his cause.

Now that is a lot of support don't you reckon. This site was mocking 30 that attended in Brisbane.

He also attended the Methodist Circuit church service where five Fijian churches had a combine servce and the soli for the day was given to Qarase. Now again that is a lot of support to back up the Tebbutt Research result in Fiji.

I wonder where the 92% support for the charter came from.

Anonymous said...

There we have it. The methodists in Sydney gave four church givings for the political cases of Qarase. When their church members were desperate during and after the floods they never gave a cent. Non Christians and other christian denominations helped. Now is the methodist church a church or a political party? 300 people attended - most went for the free grog and chow. Qarase is again using Fijians for his own gains whereas if he was fundraising to help the flooding victims I would willfully give. He cant even afford his court case fees and pretended to be going around helping the flood victims. Bloody crook and still putting down gullible fijians.

Hey the Samoan PM really tells it like it is. This site is up for it's new posting tomorrow (sorry may have cursed that now and they will not post tomorrow just to show me wrong) wonder if it will be about the Samoan PM and his comments about Bainimarama. Good to see they are all refusing to call him a PM or IPM. Come on do a posting but please do not make it so predictable this time. No ranting about how great your god Bainimarama is. Be objectionable and honest. OK can't wait!!!! Hope it is about something new and not the same old same old.

that samoa pm should try and develop his own backyard...

no more horse taxi in apia

Anonymous said...

Hardly any Samoans live in Samoa as they are all in NZ. It is small NZ and survives on handouts from NZ. What do they export? What industry is there? There is hardly any development in Samoa. Samoan PM should worry about his own country and just compare his half of Samoa to American Samoa to really understand if it is worth it sucking up to NZ.

Anonymous said...

OK then let's compare Fiji with Samoa. People happy in Samoa. People all in poverty and unhappy in Fiji. People in Samoa get to vote. People in Fiji do not. People in Samoa do not get abused by their police and army and made to suck cock of dying boy who was beaten to death by army and police. People in fiji are beaten and abused by RFMF and Police. Tourism in Samoa increasing ten fold. Tourism in fiji now on the endangered species list. Samoan people free to travel work and send heaps of money home. Fijians on travel bans and really hard to travel anywhere.

We could go on and on but I think you get the picture. And hey where the bloody hell is our new posting???? Come on get off your damn ass and do the work.

NEW POSTING REQUIRED PLEASE!!!!

IG-Fiji has come to a grounding halt because they have no money since their big boss Baini deferred their $10 weekly pay rise. They can't buy medicine to treat their depression. So they have become manic and unable to think or comprehend.

Anonymous said...

Yeah but come on they started this site and said they were committed (hope they did not mean to St Giles)anyway, so commitment means new postings and alot more than once a week. Fiji is not a stable country and new issues are arising daily. While I grant that to post daily can be a pain they at least should be more attentive if this is important to them. Unless even they are finding it hard work to swollow the crap of Bainimarama and Teleni and their lot of corrupt assholes. Maybe the IG site should become a site that discusses honestly the corruption in the IG. Nope guess they may have made their true identities known to those in power and it may not be such a great idea. Anyway, no posting again so far today so very disappointed in you and your level of committment. Bye

Is this blog dead? Is it comatose now from receiving too many body blows? I noticed that it has regurgitated a past new article from a dead journalist to keep itself alive last week. ...LOL can't wait for lap-dog jone to respond to this...

Anon:

Are you not ashamed of your subnormality, it is obvious you are not only barren between the ears but also spastic.

Can you not see this site is in hiatus the people that man this site are obviously busy with their lives unlike you sick lot at SV SVWM and RFN all you do is copy and paste articles from other news organisations and insert your fallacious titbits.

For once pull your head out of Qarase’s inner sanctum and try to think for yourself instead of adopting sheep mentality you poor little fairy.

Now like a good little whatever go and ponder these words.

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations.
But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it”

Buddha blesses you.

Jone why don't you take over this site? Seems to me you have alot to say maybe your RFMF buddies have stopped listening to you and you need a place to vent all those words that swim around in your head and make you giddy and confused. So go for it. Don't worry if all those words come out wrong and don't make sense we all understand your illness. GO JONE GO!

To all else, this site has gone dead I think the people running it have suddenly realised that Bainimarama has lost his marbels and can not be defended anymore.

To Parmesh Chand, what the bloody hell are you doing? Your better than this get a bloody brain and get off that wagon NOW. Later will be too late.

Nate, all ok ....clearance given

Gal 5:19-26 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, (20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, (21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, (23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. (24) And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. (25) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. (26) Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Buying memory cards is such a chore... You have to search online for prices, filter through which ones are legit, visit a bunch of stores, compare prices, finally buy your memory, and then constantly pray that the price doesn't fall in the next month or so.

I've been done in by crazy price changes in the past... especially this one time when I bought a Micro SD for my DS flashcard at what I thought was a steal, only to later see that it fell by $5 in a week's time.
